At Khamlou, we value transparency and client satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before availing our services.

1. Payments

We currently do not sell digital products or services directly through our website. However, for client projects, we follow a payment model where 50% of the total project cost is required upfront before commencement of any work. The remaining amount is due upon project completion or as per the mutually agreed milestones.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel a service agreement within 7 days of the initial payment. If a project has already started, any resources, time, or work allocated or completed will be deducted from the refundable amount. After the 7-day period, cancellations will not be entertained.

3. Refunds

If you cancel your service within 7 business days of making the upfront payment, you may be eligible for a refund. Please note:

• Refund requests must be made in writing via email to legal@khamlou.com.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.

• Any payment gateway or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refunds are not applicable for completed or partially completed projects beyond the cancellation period.

4. Project Delivery

Our delivery timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the individual project. Specific timelines are discussed and agreed upon with each client before work begins.
